Every calculated chart and report carries a thirty-day assurance: write to us within thirty days of delivery and the price is returned in full. Personalized reports and written readings are delivered by email within 24 hours. Membership may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
We collect what the service needs: an email address or message where you submit one, birth details where a calculation requires them, and a record when you click a final purchase button. Those submitted records include the page and campaign parameters, a browser-session identifier, your browser details, IP address and the approximate city, region and country supplied by our hosting provider. We do not store page views or intermediate tool interactions. Birth details are used to produce your results and are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honoured immediately.

Some works are periodically closed for revision. When a work is closed, its order button takes an email address instead of payment; no payment is collected, and the address is used to send that work when it is ready, at the price shown when you reserved. Reserving places you under no obligation to buy.
Digital goods are delivered by email or download link and are for personal use; they may be printed for yourself or, for gift products, for the recipient. Resale and redistribution are not licensed. Calculated works depend on the birth information supplied — where the information given to us is approximate, the work inherits the approximation, and we say so in the work rather than disguising it.
