Your chart begins with a real position in the sky

A daily horoscope starts with one sign and has to speak broadly. A birth chart starts with a specific moment and location, so it can calculate where the planets were, which sign was rising over the horizon and how the placements related to one another.

Our calculation runs on your device using published astronomical methods: Meeus algorithms and JPL approximate planetary elements for planetary positions, with eclipse dates checked against NASA’s eclipse catalogue. Astrology begins after that calculation, when those positions are interpreted through a stated system.

The moment

Your date and local birth time are converted to an exact instant. Your town sets the horizon. If the time is missing, we leave time-dependent placements out instead of guessing.

The sky

The engine calculates the Sun, Moon and planetary longitudes for that instant, along with the horizon and meridian when the birth time is known.

The chart

Those positions become signs, houses and aspects. You can see the wheel, the degrees and the calculation notes in your free result.

How is this different from a generic horoscope?

The daily entries use the Moon’s current sign and phase. Personal charts and reports use your birth date, time and town. If your birth time is unknown, we clearly mark the Rising sign and houses as unavailable instead of guessing.

What do I need to provide for a chart?

Your birth date, your birth time as exactly as you know it, and the town where you were born. If the hour is unknown, the chart is cast for noon and the time-dependent parts — your Rising sign and houses — are honestly marked as unavailable rather than invented.

How quickly do readings and reports arrive?

Every personalized report and written astrology reading is delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase.

What system of astrology do you use?

Tropical zodiac, whole-sign houses for the daily column, the ten classical-to-modern bodies plus the lunar nodes, the five major aspects with stated orbs, and traditional rulerships with the modern co-rulers named alongside.
